How to use: Tie your hair into a tight ponytail or bun. Directly above the elastic, insert the clip that is located on the inside of the ponytail, then wrap the tape around your ponytail and secure the attached ponytail with Velcro. Finally, wrap the tape and Velcro around the end strip with the hair, and secure the end of the hair with a pin.
