1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the services offered by Hollywood Hair London, located at 81 Albany Street, London NW1 4BT, United Kingdom. By booking or receiving services at our salon, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Services Provided

We offer professional hair extension services, hair treatments, styling, colouring, cutting, and maintenance using high-quality products and techniques performed by trained professionals.

All services are personal and tailored to the individual client.

 

3. Booking & Deposit Policy

• Appointments can be made via Booksy, WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, particularly for longer or high-value services.

• Appointments will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

 

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend the appointment will result in a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.

5. Client Consent & Treatment Confirmation

• Clients must confirm the type, length, weight (grams), colour and method of hair extensions before the service begins.

• This consent may be provided in writing or digitally (e.g., email or WhatsApp).

• Once the treatment has started, clients cannot cancel or refuse payment.

• Clients under the age of 18 must present a signed parental consent form.

6. Hair Extension Aftercare & Warranty Limitations

• Clients receive a written Aftercare Guide, which must be followed to maintain hair quality and eligibility for corrections or adjustments.

• The salon is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Use of non-recommended or sulfate-based products

  • Skipping recommended maintenance appointments

  • Application of heat or chemical treatments not advised by the salon

  • Removal, reinstallation or alterations by third parties

7. Results Disclaimer

As natural human hair is an organic product, results may vary depending on the client’s hair condition, scalp, and aftercare. Any mention of durability or lasting results is indicative only and dependent on proper home care and follow-ups.

8. Refunds & Adjustments

• No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.

• Clients are advised to report any concerns within 7 calendar days of the appointment.

• If a concern is verified in-salon by our technical team, adjustments or partial corrections may be offered at the salon’s discretion.

9. Photography & Image Use

• Clients may be asked for permission to take before-and-after photos for quality control and documentation.

• With consent, such images may be used on Hollywood Hair’s social media, website, or marketing materials.

• Consent is always optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Personal Conduct

We maintain a professional, welcoming environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of abusive or threatening language

• Attending appointments under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Recording without permission

Clients who behave inappropriately may be refused service and reported.

11. Personal Data & Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law and the jurisdiction of UK courts.
