Terms and Conditions of the "Become a ProHair Line Tester" Promotion

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the promotional campaign "Become a ProHair Line Tester" (hereinafter: "the Campaign") is Klaudia Duszyńska, conducting business activity under the name Hollywood Hair, with its registered office at ul. Belwederska 40/3, 00-594 Warsaw, NIP: 5060093284, REGON: 147365472, having a profile on Instagram @hollywoodhair_official and Facebook "Hollywood Hair" (hereinafter: "the Organizer").

The Campaign is conducted in the Republic of Poland via the Instagram platform.

The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The purpose of the Campaign is to select testers for the ProHair cosmetic line (shampoo, mask, scrub, and hair serum) and to gather feedback on their effectiveness.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

A natural person may participate in the Campaign if:
a) they are at least 18 years old,
b) they have an active, public account on Instagram,
c) they meet the conditions specified in §3 of these Regulations.

Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and free of charge.

§3 CAMPAIGN RULES

To participate in the Campaign, the Participant must:
a) leave a comment under the contest post on the @hollywoodhair_official Instagram profile,
b) in the comment, state why she would like to become a ProHair line tester and describe her problems related to hair condition.

Applications can be submitted until April 27, 2026, 11:59 PM.

From among the applications, the Organizer will select Participants who will receive a set of ProHair products (shampoo, mask, scrub, and serum) for testing.

The Organizer will contact the selected individuals via private message on Instagram.

§4 TESTERS' OBLIGATIONS

As part of their participation in the Campaign, each selected Participant undertakes to:

a) use the entire ProHair line (shampoo, mask, scrub, and serum) for a period of 1.5 months,
b) use the products regularly, i.e., 2–3 times a week,
c) document the course of the treatment (photos and short video materials),
d) send materials and a short summary of the results once a week via email.
e) take photos and recordings before starting the treatment and after its completion.

§5 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Participants' personal data will be processed by the Organizer solely for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, including contacting selected individuals, sending products, and obtaining feedback.

Data will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Organizer's website or upon request.

§6 COPYRIGHTS

By submitting photos, videos, and reviews, the Participant declares that they are their author and hold full copyrights to them.

The Participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive, territorially unrestricted license to use the submitted materials for promotional purposes on social media and on the Organizer's website.

§7 FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations or terminate the Campaign for valid reasons, with prior notification to participants.

In case of violation of the regulations, the Organizer has the right to exclude the Participant from the Campaign and demand the return of the entire ProHair line (shampoo, mask, scrub, and serum).

The regulations are available on the Organizer's website or can be sent via private message upon a Participant's request.
