• Support in the current organization of office work and administrative tasks.
• Organization and supervision of company document flow.
• Preparation of documents, reports, statements, and materials for company needs.
• Cooperation with the accounting department regarding administrative and financial documentation.
• Support for HR and organizational processes.
• Contact with business partners, suppliers, and external companies.
• Support for e-commerce activities (including online store management, orders, and ongoing processes).
• Coordination of reports regarding showroom operations.
• Organization and monitoring of service work and cooperation with external companies.
• Ensuring efficient information flow between showrooms and company headquarters.
• Support for the reservation department during team members' absence, including handling phone calls and coordinating customer visits.
• Execution of current operational tasks arising from company needs.

• Experience in administration, customer service, or office work.
• Excellent work organization and prioritization skills.
• Communication skills and ease in building relationships.
• Independence, responsibility, and commitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn and develop.
• Category B driving license.
