Terms and conditions of the promotional campaign "Become a Pro Hair Supplement tester"

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the promotional campaign "Become a Pro Hair Supplement tester" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is Klaudia Duszyńska, conducting business activity under the name of Hollywood Hair, with its registered office at ul. Peonii 20/10, 04-794 Warsaw, NIP: 5060093284, REGON: 147365472, with a profile on Instagram @hollywoodhair_official and Facebook "Hollywood Hair" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

The campaign is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland via Instagram.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The aim of the Campaign is to select testers of the Pro Hair Supplement dietary supplement and obtain opinions on its effects.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
A participant in the Campaign may be a natural person who:
a) is over 18 years old,
b) has an active, public Instagram account,
c) meets the conditions specified in §3 of these Regulations.

Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and free of charge.

§3 RULES OF THE ACTION
To take part in the Campaign, the Participant must:
a) leave a comment under the competition post on the Instagram profile @hollywoodhair_official,
b) indicate in the comment why you would like to become a Pro Hair Supplement tester and describe your problems related to the condition of your hair.

Applications can be submitted until Friday, June 28, 2025, 11:59 p.m.

From among the applications, the Organizer will select 3 Participants who will receive one package of the Pro Hair Supplement for testing purposes.

The Organizer will contact the selected people in a private message on Instagram on Monday, June 30, 2025.

As part of participation in the Campaign, each selected Participant undertakes to:
a) taking and sending to the Organizer a photo and a short video (min. 5 seconds) before starting the treatment and after using up the packaging,
b) sending a short review in the form of a private message on Instagram,
c) submit the above materials within 60 days of receiving the supplement.

§4 PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The personal data of the Participants will be processed by the Organizer solely for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, including contacting selected persons, sending supplements and obtaining reviews.

Data will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Organizer's website or upon request.

§5 COPYRIGHT
By submitting photos, videos and reviews, the participant declares that she is their author and has full copyright.

The Participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive, territorially unlimited license to use the submitted materials for promotional purposes in social media and on the Organizer's website.

§6 FINAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations or end the Campaign for important reasons, with prior notice to the participants.

In the event of a breach of the regulations, the Organizer has the right to exclude the Participant from participation in the Campaign.

The Regulations are available on the Organizer's website or can be sent in a private message at the Participant's request.
