Rules and Regulations of the "Grab Luna 5 in 1" Contest

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Contest is conducted in the form of a public promise of a contest prize within the meaning of Articles 919–921 of the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest").

  2. These Regulations define the rules and conditions for participation in the Contest named "Win LUNA 5w1," organized via the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook.

  3. All materials published by the Organizer are for informational purposes only. Only these Regulations are binding.

  4. The Contest is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act.

ORGANIZER

  1. The Organizer of the Contest is Klaudia Duszyńska, conducting business under the name Hollywood Hair, ul. Peonii 20/10, 02-804 Warsaw, NIP: 5060093284, REGON: 147365472.

  2. The Organizer has profiles:
    – Instagram: @hollywoodhair_official
    – Instagram: @hollywoodhair_store
    – Instagram: @klaoo
    – Facebook: Hollywood Hair

CONTEST PERIOD AND LOCATION

  1. The Contest is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

  2. The Contest begins on the day of publication of the contest post and lasts until May 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

  3. The Contest results will be announced on May 15, 2026, in Instagram Stories on the Organizer's profiles.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY OF THE SERVICE

  1. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.

  2. Instagram and Facebook are not responsible for the organization of the Contest.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

  1. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.

  2. Any natural person may be a Participant in the Contest if they:
    a) are over 18 years of age,
    b) reside in Poland,
    c) have an active Instagram account,
    d) have accepted these Regulations,
    e) complete the Contest Task.

  3. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the Contest.

CONTEST TASK

  1. To participate in the Contest, the Participant is required to:
    a) follow the profiles:
    – @hollywoodhair_official
    – @hollywoodhair_store
    – @klaoo
    b) comment on the last 5 posts or reels on each of the above profiles.

  2. Each Participant may enter the Contest only once.

  3. Entries that do not meet the conditions of the Regulations will not be considered.

CONTEST PROCESS AND RESOLUTION

  1. The Organizer will appoint a Contest Committee responsible for the proper conduct of the Contest.

  2. The Committee will select 1 (one) Winner of the Contest.

  3. The Winner will be informed of their win via private message on Instagram.

  4. The Committee's decisions are final.

PRIZES

  1. The prize in the Contest is:
    – a LUNA 5w1 device.

  2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

  3. The Organizer will cover the due income tax on the prize in accordance with applicable law.

PRIZE COLLECTION

  1. A condition for receiving the prize is to provide the Organizer with the data necessary for shipping the prize within 14 days from the date of receiving the win notification.

  2. The prize will be sent at the Organizer's expense to the address indicated by the Winner in Poland.

PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Administrator of Participants' personal data is the Organizer.

  2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the Contest, selecting the Winner, awarding the prize, and considering any complaints.

  3. The Participant has the right to access, rectify, delete their data, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO).

COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints regarding the Contest can be submitted by email to: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl within 14 days from the date of announcement of the results.
