COMPETITION RULES

"WIN A MAKEOVER AT HOLLYWOOD HAIR"

§1. General Provisions

1. The Competition is conducted in the form of a public promise of a competition prize within the meaning of Articles 919-921 of the Civil Code (hereinafter: "the Competition").

2. These Rules define the terms of participation in the Competition, the manner of its conduct, the conditions for selecting the winner, and the rules for awarding the prize.

3. The Competition does not constitute a promotional lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act.

4. The Organizer and Prize Funder is:

(hereinafter: "the Organizer").

5. The Competition is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland via the Instagram and Facebook platforms.

§2. Competition Duration

1. The Competition starts on June 21, 2026 and lasts until July 05, 2026 at 23:59.

2. The results of the Competition will be announced on July 06, 2026 on the Insta Stories profile @hollywoodhair_official.

§3. Competition Participants

1. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.

2. A natural person may be a participant if they:

a) are over 18 years old,
b) have an active Instagram account,
c) reside in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
d) have met the conditions specified in the Rules.

3. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the Competition.

§4. Prize

1. The prize in the Competition is a makeover consisting of hair thickening without changing the length.

2. The Laureate has the right to redeem the prize at any Hollywood Hair salon in Poland.

3. The date and place of the makeover will be arranged individually between the Laureate and the chosen Hollywood Hair salon.

4. The prize:

a) cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits,
b) cannot be transferred to a third party,
c) can only be redeemed at Hollywood Hair chain salons in Poland.

5. The Organizer covers the due income tax on the prize in accordance with applicable law.

§5. Competition Task

1. To participate in the Competition, you must:

a) follow the profiles:
@hollywoodhair_official
@klaoo

b) perform an activity consisting of commenting on selected posts on the Organizer's profiles.

2. In the competition comment under the competition post, you must answer the questions:

• Why should you be the one to win?
• Why is hair important to you?
• How would this makeover change your life?

3. The submission must be original and may not contain content that is:

a) offensive,
b) vulgar,
c) infringing on the rights of third parties,
d) contrary to applicable law or good customs.

4. Each Participant may submit one competition entry.

§6. Rules for Selecting the Winner

1. The winner will be chosen by the Competition Committee appointed by the Organizer.

2. The following will be taken into account:

a) creativity of the answer,
b) authenticity of the submission,
c) emotionality of the story,
d) compliance of the submission with the Rules,
e) Participant's engagement in the Competition.

3. The Committee will select 1 (one) Laureate of the Competition.

4. The Committee's decision is final.

§7. Announcement of Results

1. The Competition results will be published on July 06, 2026 on the Insta Stories profile @hollywoodhair_official.

2. The Laureate will also be notified of the win via private message on Instagram.

3. A condition for receiving the prize is to provide the Organizer with the data necessary for the prize's realization within 7 days from the day of receiving information about the win.

§8. Personal Data

1. The personal data administrator is the Organizer.

2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:

a) conducting the Competition,
b) selecting the Laureate,
c) realizing the prize,
d) considering any complaints.

3. Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

4. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify it, restrict its processing, delete it, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§9. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Competition can be submitted via email to: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl

2. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days from the day of the announcement of the Competition results.

3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the day of their receipt.

§10. Final Provisions

1. The Rules are available on the website www.hollywoodhair.pl and at the Organizer's office.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules, provided that this does not infringe upon the acquired rights of the Participants.

3. The Competition is not sponsored, supported, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

4. In matters not regulated by these Rules, Polish law shall apply.
