CONTEST RULES

“WIN A MAKEOVER AT HOLLYWOOD HAIR CZĘSTOCHOWA”

§1. General Provisions

1. The Contest is conducted in the form of a public promise of a contest prize within the meaning of Articles 919–921 of the Civil Code (hereinafter: the "Contest").
2. These Regulations define the rules of participation in the Contest, its conduct, the conditions for selecting the winner, and the rules for awarding the prize.
3. The Contest does not constitute a promotional lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act.
4. The Organizer and Sponsor of the prize is:
   Hollywood Hair Klaudia Duszyńska,
   ul. Belwederska 40/3, 00-594 Warsaw, NIP: 5060093284, REGON: 147365472
   (hereinafter: the "Organizer").
5. The Contest is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland via Instagram and Facebook platforms.

§2. Contest Duration

1. The Contest begins on the day of the contest post's publication and lasts until the day indicated in the post.
2. The Contest results will be announced on the day indicated in the contest post, on the Insta Stories of the @hollywoodhair_official profile.

§3. Contest Participants

1. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
2. A participant may be a natural person who:
   • is 18 years of age or older,
   • has an active Instagram account,
   • resides in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
   • has met the conditions specified in the Regulations.
3. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

§4. Prize

1. The prize in the Contest is:
   hair thickening (without changing length)
   performed at Hollywood Hair Częstochowa salon
   ul. Dąbrowskiego 6, Częstochowa
2. The prize:
   • cannot be exchanged for cash or other services,
   • cannot be transferred to a third party,
   • its realization takes place exclusively at the indicated location.

§5. Contest Task

To take part in the Contest, you need to:

• comment on your favorite posts on the Organizer's profiles

§6. Rules for selecting the winner

1. The winner will be chosen by the Contest Commission appointed by the Organizer.
2. The following will be taken into account:
   • creativity and authenticity of the answers,
   • emotionality of the submission,
   • engagement in the Contest,
   • compliance with the regulations.
3. The Commission's decision is final.

§7. Announcement of Results

1. The Contest results will be published on @hollywoodhair_official Insta Stories.
2. The winner will also be informed via private message on Instagram.

§8. Personal Data

1. The Administrator of personal data is the Organizer.
2. Data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest, selecting the winner, and awarding the prize in accordance with GDPR.
3. The participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

§9. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Contest can be submitted to the Organizer's e-mail address.
2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt.

§10. Final Provisions

1. The Regulations are available from the Organizer.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations, provided that this does not infringe the rights of participants.
3. The Contest is not sponsored, supported, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
   
   Appendix No. 1 - Information Clause regarding the processing of personal data of Contest Participants In connection with Article 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), I hereby inform you about the following rules for processing personal data: Personal Data Administrator The Administrator of your personal data is Klaudia Duszyńska, conducting business activity under the name Hollywood Hair Klaudia Duszyńska with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Purposes and legal bases for processing personal data Personal data will be processed, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, in writing or electronically, for the following purposes: based on Article 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the GDPR for each Laureate in order to publish the Contest results; based on Article 6 sec. 1 lit. c of the GDPR to ensure accountability and demonstrate compliance with obligations imposed on the Administrator, including keeping a register of personal data processing, keeping other accounting and financial documentation; based on Article 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR - the legitimate interest of the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Contest, selecting the Laureate, awarding the Prize, considering any complaints, and in the case of the Laureate, additionally for the purpose of notifying about winning, paying the due income tax, and awarding the Prize. based on Article 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR for the legitimate interest of the Administrator in the form of establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims and for the purpose of conducting promotional and marketing activities related to the Administrator's business. If the legal basis for processing is Article 6 sec. 1 lit f of the GDPR: the right to access data; the right to request data rectification; the right to restrict data processing; the right to object to data processing. The right to data erasure (the right to be forgotten). If processing takes place based on your consent, we will process the data until its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a message via e-mail to: kontakt@hollywoodhair.pl or in writing to the Administrator's registered office address. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you find violations by the Administrator regarding the security of personal data processing, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Automated decision-making, including profiling The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to adapt offers to customer needs. Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
