GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Contest is conducted in the form of a public promise of a contest prize within the meaning of Articles 919-921 of the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest").
2. These Regulations define the rules and conditions for participation in the Contest named "Win a Viral HH Waver," organized via the Instagram and Facebook social media platforms.
3. All materials published by the Organizer are for informational purposes only. Only these Regulations are binding.
4. The Contest is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act.

ORGANIZER

5. The Organizer of the Contest is Klaudia Duszyńska, conducting business under the name Hollywood Hair, ul. Belwederska 40/3, 00-759 Warsaw, NIP: 5060093284, REGON: 147365472.
6. The Organizer has profiles:
   – Instagram: @hollywoodhair_official
   – Instagram: @hollywoodhair_store
   – Instagram: @klaoo
   – Facebook: Hollywood Hair

CONTEST PERIOD AND LOCATION

7. The Contest is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
8. The Contest begins on May 28, 2026, and lasts until June 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
9. The results of the Contest will be announced on June 11, 2026, in Instagram Stories on the @hollywoodhair_official profile.

EXCLUSION OF SERVICE LIABILITY

10. The Contest is not sponsored, supported, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
11. Instagram and Facebook are not responsible for the organization of the Contest.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

12. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
13. A natural person who meets the following criteria may participate in the Contest:
    a) is 18 years of age or older,
    b) resides in Poland,
    c) has an active public Instagram account,
    d) has accepted these Regulations,
    e) completes the Contest Task.
14. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the Contest.

CONTEST TASK

15. To participate in the Contest, the Participant must:
    a) follow the profiles:
    – @hollywoodhair_official
    – @hollywoodhair_store
    – @klaoo

b) comment on the last 5 posts or reels on each of the above profiles.

16. Each Participant may enter the Contest only once.
17. Entries that do not meet the conditions of the Regulations will not be considered.

CONTEST PROCEDURE AND RESOLUTION

18. The Organizer will appoint a Contest Committee responsible for the proper conduct of the Contest.
19. The Committee will select 1 (one) Winner of the Contest.
20. The Winner will be informed of the prize via a private message on Instagram.
21. The Committee's decisions are final.

PRIZES

22. The prize in the Contest is:
    – Viral HH Waver.
23. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
24. The Organizer covers the due income tax on the prize in accordance with applicable law.

PRIZE COLLECTION

25. A condition for receiving the prize is providing the Organizer with the necessary shipping details within 7 days from the date of receiving the win notification.
26. The prize will be sent at the Organizer's expense to the address indicated by the Winner in Poland.

PERSONAL DATA

27. The administrator of the Participants' personal data is the Organizer.
28. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest, selecting the Winner, awarding the prize, and considering any complaints.
29. The Participant has the right to access, correct, delete their data, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

COMPLAINTS

30. Complaints regarding the Contest can be submitted via email to: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl within 14 days from the date of announcement of the results.
31. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

FINAL PROVISIONS

32. The Regulations are available on the Hollywood Hair website.
33. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
34. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations, provided that this does not infringe the acquired rights of Participants.
