Hollywood Hair Last Minute Holiday Gift Limited Package Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

1.1. Purchasing a package does not mean purchasing a specific hair weight, but purchasing a visual effect that is individually tailored on-site by the qualified Hollywood Hair team.
1.2. The amount of hair selected depends on the condition, density, and length of the client's natural hair.
1.3. Each package specifies a maximum hair weight , which cannot be increased without additional charge.
1.4. Packages are redeemed only in Polish Hollywood Hair salons .
1.5. Packages are non-refundable . Before purchasing, the customer can take advantage of a free consultation at Hollywood Hair salons or online.

2. Conditions for implementing the package

2.1. If less hair is used during the treatment than the maximum weight specified in the package, the unused portion will not be released to the Client , will not be transferred to the next service, and will not be subject to a refund.
2.2. The prices presented on the website and in the price list do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and are subject to change.
2.3. By purchasing the package, the Customer declares that:
– has no health or medical contraindications to performing the service,
– has read these Regulations and accepts their content.
2.4. The client bears full responsibility for the consequences resulting from concealing health contraindications.
2.5. Hair color is selected individually on the day of the appointment. The package does not include hair coloring services .

3. Customer Obligations

3.1. The client is obligated to follow the post-treatment recommendations provided by the Hollywood Hair employee.
3.2. Proper care is essential to maintain the durability and quality of the effect.
3.3. The customer is obliged to provide correct contact details when purchasing a package or voucher.

4. Refusal to provide service

4.1. In justified cases (e.g. doubts regarding the safety of the treatment), the salon employee has the right to refuse to perform the service or propose a change of date.
4.2. Contraindications to the provision of the service include, in particular:
– excessive hair loss,
– scalp diseases,
– strong fear of hair loss.

5. Safety and care

5.1. In the event of increased hair loss, Hollywood Hair recommends complete removal of extensions only at Hollywood Hair salons .

6. Promotions and payments

6.1. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined , unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.
6.2. The package price includes a deposit of PLN 300 to reserve the date.
6.3. Cancellation of the agreed date will result in the loss of the deposit , which must be paid again when making the next reservation.

7. Complaints

7.1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint immediately after noticing the defect, no later than 7 days from the date of the visit .
7.2. Complaints can be submitted:
– in person at the salon where the service was performed,
– by e-mail to the following address: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl

The complaint should include: the Customer's name and surname, contact email address, description of the defect and the date it was noticed.
7.3. In the case of a complaint submitted by email, Hollywood Hair may require a personal visit to the salon for inspection.
7.4. Complaints are considered within 30 days , and a response is sent by email.

8. Final provisions

8.1. Hollywood Hair reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the website.
