Package Regulations – “Unique” campaign

1. General provisions
1.1. These regulations ("Regulations") define the rules for the purchase, implementation and use of
limited hair extension packages as part of the "Unique Chance" campaign,
organized by Hollywood Hair.
1.2 The campaign runs from November 4, 2025 to November 18, 2025 and covers only the sale of
online via the website hollywoodhair.pl.
1.3. The offer is limited and time-limited – packages available during this period will not be
made available again in the same form or price.
1.4 Packages under the "Unique Chance" campaign are valid only in the Republic of Poland. Services, including treatments, can only be provided at Hollywood Hair salons located in Poland.
2. Purchase and implementation of the package
2.1. After purchasing the package online, the Customer is obliged to:
• contact the salon reception by phone (number provided on the website)
or
• self-booking of an appointment via the online system ("Hair extensions -
campaign")
to determine the date of the procedure.
2.2. The package can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, i.e. until November 18, 2026.
(based on current EU consumer regulations and Polish law – compliance with Article 548 §
1 of the Civil Code and Art. 27–38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
2.3. Purchasing a package is tantamount to concluding a service contract with a specified date.

3. Scope of Services and Limitations
3.1. The package is not equivalent to purchasing a specific amount of hair weight, but includes the effect
visually selected individually by an HH specialist on the day of the service.
3.2. The weight specified in the package is the maximum value and cannot be exceeded without
surcharges.
3.3. If the grammage used is lower than the maximum, the difference is not subject to
refund, is not transferred to another service or transferred to the Customer.
3.4. As part of the package, the Customer receives additional elements indicated in the description (e.g. cosmetics,
ebook, styling, etc.).
3.5. Each package includes a reservation fee of PLN 300, which in the event of a no-show
on the agreed date without prior notice at least 48 hours before the visit - it is lost and a new date
requires re-payment of the fee.
4. Safety and contraindications
4.1. Purchasing the package means that the Client confirms that there are no health contraindications to
performing the procedure, including:
• scalp diseases
• excessive hair loss
• hormonal disorders and other conditions not recommended for hair extensions.
4.2. In case of doubt, the specialist has the right to refuse to perform the procedure or postpone it.

4.3. The client undertakes to follow the post-treatment and care recommendations.

5. Complaints
5.1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint within 7 days from the date of service provision,
in person at the salon, or by e-mail to: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl
5.2. The complaint should include:
• name and surname
• date of surgery
• description of the problem
• contact e-mail address
5.3. In the case of an online complaint, HH may require a personal visit to the showroom in order to
make an inspection.
5.4. Complaints are considered within 30 days, in accordance with Article 7a, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Rights Act.
6. Final provisions
6.1. Package prices are valid only during the "Unique Opportunity" campaign and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
6.2. Promotions, discounts and codes cannot be combined with this offer.
6.3. Hollywood Hair reserves the right to change the Regulations to the extent permitted by applicable law.
